Before I came to Paige for coaching sessions I was paralyzed by questions and decisions. I was dissatisfied with my current life and knew I needed to make changes, but was struggling to navigate how.

 

After each session with Paige I gained more clarity on what my values are, what is important to me, and how to move forward with confidence in the face of change. Paige is such a good active listener – she balances well summarizing what I had shared with her to make sure she understood clearly (and to help me understand what I was saying) with providing additional follow up questions or observations.

 

She always sent very accurate and thoughtful notes after our calls. These notes along with their corresponding “homework exercises” have helped me track my own progress and are tools that I can use in my life in the future.
